Returns Policy

Upon placing your items will be packaged and dispatched. Your return date starts from the moment you purchase your item(s). Once receiving your package if you change your mind you may return your item as long as the following requirements have been met:

  1. The item(s) have not been opened
  2. The original packaging is intact
  3. The packaging has not been damaged

If the item purchased it faulty the please contact us at support@etzeo.com upon receiving your goods with images of the damaged of the good(s).

Refunded items are refunded via the same method of payment. Items paid via card can take up to 15 business days to be refunded dependant on your bank. Once a card refund has been verified by Etzeo allow 15 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Items that are exchanged are exchanged for like for like or for an item up to the same value.
